Christmas Ornaments: Outdoor Version

In addition to our indoor tree, we decorated an outdoor tree for the bird and squirrels to enjoy.

The traditional pine cone rolled in peanut butter with bird seed. Actually a lot easier and cuter than expected (but very difficult to get my 2 year old to stop eating the dirty peanut butter after a few pine cones were rolled in it).
Dried orange slice.
Dried apple slices.
I used this video tutorial to make 2 dozen stars for the tree. I used 12"x18" construction paper and needed 4 sheets total to make 24 stars, with each star using 4 1/2" strips. I dipped them in wax to help them survive any harsh weather and added some glitter.

There was also a cheerio garland strand. The end result was a delicious bird feast with some beautiful elements involved.
